Shipping
Orders are processed in 1-2 Days and we try to deliver it within 6-7 Days. Delivery of Troncart product is currently limited to India and we will not ship to other countries. A standard shipping charge is applicable for all orders below cart value 3000 INR.
Return Policy
Troncart offers a 14 days return policy. You can avail this from your account by initiating a return request.
Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the products are properly packed when you are returning it. After receiving the product at our warehouse and verifying , we will initiate refund.
Refunds
The refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks and verifications at our end. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order(Generally returned to same mode of payment).
Warranty & Out of Warranty
All items are delivered with standard warranty of minimum 14 Days to check with any manufacturing defect(For specific product warranty policy will be added with the Product details ).If you find any problems with the product please let us know by email “support@troncart.com” and will reply within next 2 working day.
If the damage is due to the shipping or Manufacturing defect we will do the replacement or repair with free of cost(“Include the shipping cost”)
Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
The support team of trancart can assist the end user for the product via phone,email or whatsapp.
Limits Of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity, voltage level of the product must be checked multiple times before testing. Any damage related to mishandling will be escalated.
Cancel of Order
The customer can cancel an order anytime before the shipping is initiated. Once the product is shipped the customer has to go through the return policy of troncart. The customer will be able to get the refund as per our refund policies.
